What is Webvia?

Webvia specializes in web design for small to mid-size businesses located in the United States. Through Webvia, your site can range anywhere from a typical static stack of pages (home, about, contact, etc.) to a database-backed collection of dynamic content that you may populate and display from a custom-built admin page with full e-commerce support... and everything in between.

Fun fact: Translated from latin, "Web Via" means "Web Road" - hence, the road to your website (:

Why choose Webvia?

Curious Person

With Webvia, you have your own experienced web developer a mere phone call, email, or text message away. It is the developr's job to bring your business's website to life from the ground up. At Webvia, bulky webpage builders and pre-built WordPress components are never used; it is assured that the code which runs your site is written from scratch so as to meet the specific needs of your specific site with the minimum amount of overhead, ensuring minimal loading times and more custom designs.

Post development, Webvia will also (optionally, depending on your business needs and pricing plan) manage the server hosting and general upkeep of your website, including the hosting of a domain name you purchase/choose. This takes away all worries of managing any part of the site yourself so that your time can be better spent on managing your business.

Who is Webvia?

I'm glad you asked! My name is Zac Marino. I am the founder of and the primary developer at Webvia. Creating websites from sratch is and always has been a passion of mine. My Bachelor's degree is actually in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, but I have always leaned towards the computer engineering side of things in my free time. I'm 27 years old, reside in Pittsburgh, and I like to hike, bike, run, climb, play chess, and learn new computer stuff any chance I get.

Feel free to contact me (information below) if you want to get to know me better before committing to my services. I'm very happy to get to know any potential clients before, during, and/or after the design process begins. I would prefer that all clients have peace of mind with whom they are entering into business with... but of course, no pressure - if a business-only relationship is what you prefer, privacy and discretion is welcome as well.
